This is tough…
how to make a living out of something you love.
Please watch! :) Clarence came to me yesterday saying hes ready to shoot. Knew a spot so we headed out with Andy and Clifford. Kat hung out and helped play the music. As I set up the lighting, the 3 homeboys practiced and cleaned for 30mins or so. After a few marks, some critiques and a few full out takes, we wrapped. More choreographers coming soon!
uh oh.
I played with a co-worker’s Canon 5D Mark II. I wanna upgrade to a full frame camera and get new lenses. -____- time to save up. college lifestyle here i come.
The present…
Wow. I’m not sure whats going on right now. My media team got pretty good exposure at Ultimate Brawl and I’m definitely grateful for that opportunity.
But while we were there, I was approached by 2 new potential clients for my RMT side. The plan is they’ll contact me with more details and asked me to quote them a price. All of this is moving a lot faster than I ever expected it to. I have Body Rock, STILL have to do my buddy’s headshots (sorry =[ i’m hella lagging), 4-5 choreographer videos, a debut, and these 2 new potential clients.
This is on top of my advertising agency work and my Disney parade rehearsals.
My motivation is the process to produce great work.
on a totally separate note…I’ve taken months off of dance. I needed to be away from me physically dancing. Just needed a break after years of it. But now I’m ready, and starting to get the bug…time to take class.
Lets see
been out of practice for awhile.
but performing is performing right? at this point, it should all come naturally.
or well i hope so!
hahaha not expecting anything but can’t move ahead and on with your life if you don’t try and put yourself out there every once in awhile.
Time to mix it up.

Photographer Martin Scholler’s celebrity portraits. Taken from FStoppers. I’m digging these. Especially the George Clooney and Bradd Pitt image.
Choreography by Clarence Bitun. The piece was used as an audition piece for Underground, a junior team based out of Irvine, CA. The dancers involved are all part of The Ground family, that consists of Common Ground [collegiate], Underground [junior], and OG [alumni].
